Typical IHOP food but this location is filthy. There were tons of flies in the dining area. Apparently there is an outdoor area that has not been closed in so I guess with the in and out of that door was a open entry for the flies. Swatting flies in a dining area is just gross. They are going green so there were no paper towels in the bathroom and the automatic dryer is piercingly loud, one patron had to cover her ears while we dried our hands. I would find another establishment to patronize unless they improve on the cleanliness.

Nothing better than breakfast food; any time of day! Today we were in for breakfast. Everyone enjoyed their meal. Bananas Foster French toast was awesome! Our server, Irina, was excellent; on point with our order; polite and pleasant! We've been here before and definitely be back again!

This IHOP is great! The staff mostly doesn't speak english, but enough to give you what you need. All of the servers genuinely care that you get what you wanted and are very attentive. Inside is clean and comfortable. Food is always good and consistent. Good to try for any meal when your at the outlets!

Very nice and friendly staff! The manager is always out asking if everything is ok. Food is amazing I order the fajitas omelette so Hispanic! Haha even though I am Hispanic I don't feel out of place at this restaurant. They are always very clean and there plate are very white! I mention this because it makes a point as too how clean they seem! It's kind of a hit or miss with the waitresses so fat we have good waitresses! They expect to be busy so they are always on too of everything unlike other place where they know they will be busy but get in panic mode when they become busy! You get three pancakes with your orders which I think it's a pretty great deal! I love this place!

You know what you're getting when you enter an International House of Pancakes. The Rehoboth IHOP is a little more international than most since it is staffed by summer workers from Eastern Europe and Ireland. Unlike some of the residents of Lower Slower Delaware, I enjoy talking to the Europeans and learning about their travels. In terms of food, the menu and portions are huge, like all IHOPS. The prices are hard to beat and there is plentiful seating for large groups. While IHOP might not be my first choice for breakfast when I'm within the city limits, I think it is the best option out on the highway.

We brought our family of eight to the restaurant. Although it was overflowing with breakfast customers they managed to seat us in a timely fashion. We chose to eat outside. There was minimal bug activity as well as a slight breeze. Overall a pleasant experience. The server Lydell was great. We were entertained by his serving style. Which included the fact that he took our complete orders without writing down any of them. Am amazing talent for sure. Always attentive to our needs without disappearing. Overall a good experience.

I have to say, I was really happy about the service here. It was my last day down the shore with my boyfriend and we decided to go out to breakfast this morning. When we got there it was only a few minutes wait to get a seat. Our server was Iryna. She was such a sweet person and she was very friendly. We got our food pretty quickly and it was absolutely delicious. During our meal, Iryna was constantly checking on us, taking away empty dishes and refilling our drinks. We never had to ask her for something. At one point, she saw that the sugar was in the container was low, and before I could even ask her to get us more, she was already on her way over with more sugar packets. She was a great server and everything about this place was great. I haven't had a lot of good experiences at IHOP, but this one blew me away. I definitely recommend it for a good breakfast out with friends and family!

Yep, it's an I-Hop. BUT, the service we experienced was exceptional. Our waitress was the best I've ever had at an I-hop and she should be running the franchise. The food was typical I-hop and the wait was crazy long. I don't know why so many people were waiting while I'm sure there were local restaurants with much shorter wait times. The men's room had no tp. I doubt that is a regular complaint since the time we were there was an extremely busy weekend.

I was tired, stopped in on the 25th, yeah on the road working and not with my wife, of dec. Well the russian man was busy talking to the russian waitress standing next to me when I sat down. I waited and waited, no coffee, no menu, nada-but the russian words fill the air. Well guess what? I wait more than three minutes after you seat me for a simple cup of coffee or water-then you can kiss my ass. I eat out alot when working and like customer service for the tip you count on from me. bad service low tip, good service=good tip. If your conversation is more important then serving me and my money, well lets see..humm I'll spend it somewhere else. And now I will shy away from all Ihops across this great land of ours!
